However variations may arise as a result of differences in monitors and we cannot make guarantees about the accuracy of what you see on your screen. The displaying of products and/or prices on this Site constitutes an invitation to treat only. No contract shall come into existence until we accept your order. Any acceptance is subject to these Terms and Conditions, to the exclusion of any others you may seek to impose.
We reserve the right to change or decline any order for product displayed on this Website without notice and at any time before your order is accepted. In all such cases a full refund of any payment made will be refunded directly to the purchasing card holder’s card. If your card issuer rejects payment for your order goods will not be dispatched to you.

If an order is cancelled because an item is not available, we have difficulty processing payment, cannot ship to address provided, a duplicate order was placed, or due to customer request we will notify you by email and you will not be billed for any cancelled item.
Downloadable products are available immediately upon completing your PayPal payment. Sublevi makes every effort to dispatch your order within 48 hours of accepting your payment, unless the item is a customized or bespoke item in which case production times will be clearly described and agreed-upon at the time of your placing the order and indicated on your purchase receipt. If an item becomes out of stock or quantities available prove to be mis-stated on the Website Sublevi will notify you immediately by email. If the wait is inconvenient, you will have the option to cancel the order and will be entitled to a full refund.
For your protection, with the exception of downloadable products, all orders require a signature upon receipt and are also automatically insured.
We will not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days form the expected delivery date. Any claims regarding errors in dispatch or invoicing of any product must be submitted to Sublevi within seven days of receipt of the Purchase Receipt. Sublevi will also not accept responsibility for delivery delays due to elements outside of its control such as strikes or weather conditions.
You may return or exchange your item within 7 (seven) days from receipt of goods. Your order must be in undamaged condition subject to Sublevi’s discretion. You are entitled to a full refund of item cost and the refund will be processed back to the same PayPal account as used in the purchase of the item. If Sublevi agrees that your item is faulty, you will also receive a refund on your postage and cost of returning the item to Sublevi.
